設備がとても整っていて感動しました！ドラム式洗濯機は有難かったです！！

「良かったです。」

部屋の広さ、バスルームがゆったりとしておりとても寛げました。キッチン、洗濯機があり良かったです。落ち着いた雰囲気のお洒落なお部屋でした。利便性の良い位置にあり、隣にスーパーがあるため何か必要な物がある場合助かる。困ったこと、疑問点があればメッセージを送るとすぐに返信下さり親切でした。

特に無いです。姿見鏡みたいな物があったらいいなと思いました。

Beautiful room, generous accommodation and top location.

Our room was perfect for a family of 4, as we could close off a sleeping area for the late-sleeping teenagers meaning everyone got the rest they needed. The kitchen area was thoughtfully supplied, and there were generous gestures, like the coffee, ice-cream and other supplies in the lounge. We didn't manage to make much use of the roof terrace, but another great feature. The location was perfect, being close to the main area of Kyoto, but very quiet in the immediate surrounds. A supermarket two doors down and an excellent small pub a few doors after that made our stay in Kyoto just perfect. Could not recommend it highly enough.

Best Place to Stay in Kyoto.

The room was larger then most places we stayed at in Japan. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed as a Family of four. The check in instructions were the best and easy to follow. The hotel staff was always available through chat to answer questions and take care of our needs. In the lobby they had a Nesspresso Coffee machine and a freezer with free ice cream that my son's enjoyed. Was one of the best stays we had in a booking.com property. The location was near everything and the property was in a very quite neighborhood.

A perfect place for a perfect vacation

This is the best hotel I could hope for on my trip to Kyoto. I stayed at Design Hotel Kyoto Fuyacho for 8 nights. Location and convenience: 1. It is conveniently located in the Kawaramachi area, close to many shopping streets and dining areas, including Nishiki Market. The Kamo River and Kiyomizu area are also within walking distance. 2. There is a supermarket right next door, so it's really convenient to get supplies. There is also a pharmacy/drug store within a 5-minute walk. 3. Ample restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. 4. several subway lines and bus stops close by Room comfort: 1. the room is so spacious that my friend and I could comfortably stay for 8 nights with big luggage 2. good storage space, including two big closets and drawers. So we could put all our clothes and treat this place as home 3. We also love the kitchen, where we can heat food and make coffee and tea. 4. The spacious bathroom has a big tub, so we could have a hot bath after a long day of walking and sightseeing. 5. The bathroom has a laundry machine, so we can wash and dry our clothes during this long trip. Quietness: 1. each floor has only two units. So there is not much noise of elevator opening and door slamming that we could hear from the room 2. the hotel is located on a quiet street. So there is no street noise as well.

1. It will be nice to have a whole-body mirror in the room. So we could check our outfits before going out. 2. We got 6 bottles of water when we checked in. There are two of us staying here for 8 nights. So we have to leave a message to the hotel to get more supply. 3. There is no cleaning service during our stay. Although i understand this is more eco friendly, but it will be nice to have at least one cleaning service in our long stay.

I really enjoy the stay and will come back again.

The location is super and the place is clean.

The kitchen can be further improved. The heater takes a long time to heat up the soup and the provided pod is quite small.

We love this hotel. Great for families

Great location. Off the busy streets but short walk to shopping and restaurants.

No front desk so be prepared! That said the staff (when present) is very nice.

Spacious place close to shopping strip.

The room size was good. The place is clean and new. Can cook and do laundry. Free snacks was a welcome surprise.

Nothing it was all good but we wished for more pillows. 2 per person would have been nice.

Amazing location with very comfortable more spacious apartment style accomodation.

Brilliant location with great amenities. Walking distance to great shopping, train and to Gion. It was lovely to have good sized beds, a lounge area and kitchenette. We were a little cold so asked for and received extra doonas and pillows. The communal kitchen with coffee pods and free croissant and ice cream was a nice touch.

Only slight issue is noise from local supermarket - we could hear trucks loading up early morning. Ear plugs solved this

Bien ubicado y moderno.

Es moderno, tiene smart TV por lo que puedes ver Netflix. Muy limpio. Tiene cocina compartida en el primer piso con todos los implementos necesarios, y un supermercado al lado por lo que puedes cocinar ahí mismo. Se agradecen los snacks gratuitos, como helados, sopas y café. La ubicación es muy buena, es muy central, del metro son 10 min caminando y es una calle tranquila. Del centro también son 10 minutos. Me volvería a quedar :)

Que no hicieran la habitación, aunque está descrito en la página que no realizan servicio de limpieza. Es más como un airbnb.

La superficie, l emplacement, le calme, la machine à laver, et les wc, les bons Starbucks offert, et la facilité du check in et out avec des instructions claires et précises , la possibilité de dormir soit dans les lits, soit sur les futons, merci à vous d avoir rendu ce séjour merveilleux

Manque d instructions en anglais sur l utilisation de la machine à laver mais c est vraiment un détail

„Super Unterkunft, top Lage, gute Ausstattung

Wir hatten das superior Studio. Und es hat uns gereicht. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 10 Monate alten Sohn. Ein babybett gab es nicht, aber wir haben die beiden Einzelwerten verbunden und dann war es kein Problem. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, wo man alles findet was man brauch außer Babynahrung. Die hatten wir dabei. Die Küche besteht aus einem Kochfeld und einem Mikrowelleherd, das reicht für das Nötigste. Unten gibt es auch noch eine wenig frequentierte Gemeinschaftsküche mit einer nespresso Maschine. Die Waschmaschine hat nur einen kurzwaschgang. Stark verschmutzte Wäsche sollte man zweimal waschen. Eine Trocknerfunktion ist auch dabei.
